The restore functionality still needs testing. It seems the restore functionality of all classifiers needs test cases. I'll contribute some if I have time.

(If this PR gets accepted, I'll let Mr. Karpathy know about his classifier being part of Apparatus now, he might feel compelled to further extend it.)
