Implement subscription interface for measurements #51

The idea behind this features request is, that different measurements may require different data sinks:

Thus, there should be a unified interface for potential data sinks. The options and the interface can be discussed here.

I am not quite Sure If i got it right. The sink is Always the Planet with a traditional hard Drive. We still have no Idea If ans how LoRa works. Up to now this would be a Kind of dummy- Interface. Of course i agree that WE Need at some Point an intelligent Interface dir an optimized switching between all Kind of Networks. IMO WE should meet after the 1.november to discuss next Generation Software and Hardware. At the Moment i Just repeat myself i want a running system. If a unified Interface Speeds Up the Process you are Welcome.
