Describe the bug

6v6f.B and 6v65.B are assigned with different clusters but they are of identical 1d-sequence and highly similar 3d-structure (RMSD: 0.84, TM-Score: 0.98).

Expected behavior

6v6f.B & 6v65.B are supposed to be in the same cluster.
