Keepkey Support #144

no Idea how far this will/can go when there seem to be plans to ax nano and switch to banano, but if nano stays, it would be awesome to add Keepkey support as the Keepkey firmware allegedly can do Nano, but I have not seen yet any vault with support for both Keepkey and nano

Do you have the link to a library (or API) we can integrate with that supports Nano?

would seem like it. no idea how or even whether a lib needs to support nano specifically tho.

There isn't much documentation here so hard to know for sure, but it looks like it isn't supported yet https://github.com/shapeshift/hdwallet/blob/master/packages/hdwallet-core/src/wallet.ts

Only Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cosmos, Binance, Ripple & EOS
