Not working on Transmission 4.0 beta 3 #14

Tried to download today's blocklists file through Transmission, but it keeps on loop trying to process the file.

Can you post the error logs?

I don't know how to show logs or the debug output in the desktop macOS version. Tried launching the client from Terminal with --debug and --verbose and looking in the casual folders for logs, but no luck.

But seems like an issue reproducible from the Transmission 4.0 beta 3 up to latest nightly. I tried the latest stable version 3.0, and it downloaded and processed the blocklist file correctly. Although it only shows 80k IPs instead of 451k when I open the nightly/beta3 version right after that (without forcing the blocklist update, as it keeps looping, obviously). And if I open the version 3.0 again, it shows 3M IPs. All seems a little fluky.

Good, problem solved.

If you are using transmission in GUI, you can try click Help, and then select Message Log to show the logs. image
