Video Not displayed when playing from RTP Dump with call.exe

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build the standard libjingle call.exe
2. call.exe --videoinput ./test.rtpdump --voiceinput ./voice.rtpdump
3. Use Mozilla/IE to aceept the video call from xyz...@gmail.com (any gmail 
from roster :))

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The video should be played. but what I see is the Default profile photo.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5.1 and 0.6.6 Windows Xp OS

Please provide any additional information below.
Have attached the rtpdump. This dump is created using the recommedned RTPDump 
Tool (http://www.cs.columbia.edu/irt/software/rtptools/)
Its a H264 AVC Video.
