video call doesn't work in call example #423

my english ability is poor.

1. vs2010, win7, openfire server, cam
2. call.exe
3. vcall userid@domain.com
4. the other user : accept

codec : vp8
voice call is success but video call doesn't work.

it still doesn't work rendering window.

err=12606
