pre trained pvanet? #1

Is there a checkpoint for this architecture somewhere with the PVANET backbone network pre-trained on e.g. ImageNet?

Unfortunately no. Also PVANet did not work that well compared to resnet.

Did you train the PVANet backbone on ImageNet somehow? I am interested in a frame rate increase compared to resnet, and I might tolerate some reduction in prediction quality. Though I'm not sure how to train only the PVANet part of the network with, say, imagenet data. Would appreciate any hints in that direction.
