Wrong Am/Pm in rendered item #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create an event at 12:00 PM 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is 12pm + "what" value, instead rendered as 12am + "What" value

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest, on Google Chrome in Mac OS X

Please provide any additional information below.
replace "else if" in line 3495 with this:

        else{
            if(h > 11)
                ampm = "pm";
            if(h > 12)
                h = h-12;       
        }
