Edit command: Successful editing of name only is not consistent #4

I first listed out the ingredients in the recipe book as shown. I then wanted to change the name of dish "c" to dish "d" but was not successful. However, I was able to change the name of the dish from "Rice" to "Chicken Rice".

Yes it is a bug but this only occurs for a recipe with one character, which is very unlikely in a real world as most words have more than 1 letter, hence we did not include the case where recipe has only one character.
