Redundant information displaying on startup #5

Display of data loading may seems redundant for both on program and UG for users to see. Only for developer.

Reason for disagreement: May i know why? If im tranferring a old data in then I should see the notification as intented not when it is a fresh setup. Makes more sense that way.
