Description

Several of the Readthedocs URL links have changed slightly so the README was giving you 404's because those URLs didn't exist anymore. I came across this problem when looking at installing Merlin agents myself so I decided to fix the links.

@6mile I really appreciate you identifying the broken links and submitting a pull request. Unfortunately I don't accept pull requests for typos or broken links. I will ensure the links are fixed in the README.
