change default to not end and remove old folder #44

I don't want the default to be for it to automatically close. If someone is testing it out, they probably want to look at the map in Rviz for a bit before closing. The auto-end is only really useful if someone is wanting to do benchmarking.

I guess we want to support that (we should point people from the NeBula dataset to LOCUS I guess) - but maybe as a separate part of the readme?
