Is a posed .obj file of this fly available? #48

Hi there! Just came across your awesome resource via Jasper Phelps. I've been using the droso model pictured below from Alicia Hidalgo's lab for FlyWire visualizations. It was modified to be 3D printable and thus does not directly match anatomy and has some internal artifacts that appear when the model is rendered with transparency.

I was able to download the blender file, but I render in Cinema 4D. I also don't know how to pose models or get it out of this shape. I'm planning to use this to create visualizations of the BANC (Brain And Nerve Cord) and FAFB (female adult fly brain) datasets with respect to the fly body.

Hi Amy,

Very nice renderings! I found a model in a natural-looking pose from the animations of @VictorLobatoRios (see the image below). Screenshot 2023-12-12 at 09 58 37

I exported both .STL and .OBJ files of the model. You can download them via this link. Let me know if the files look okay to you!

@gizemozd , the link says "The application encountered an error while processing your request - Transfer expired"

Could you please share it again by some other means? @tkclam might need it also.
