Hello

If I add this super tool to the Quick Access Toolbar no icon shows up

To reproduce: AddIns->Revit DB Explorer->Rightclick ->Add to Quick Access Toolbar

All supported Revit version affected.

Indeed, a small version of the icon is missing.
