not yet functional, places helloworldshortcut on homescreen

Now places shortcut with correct name on homescreen, but says "App ist nicht installiert", I think the problem is, that MainActivity is inside subpackage "activities"

now the shortcut starts the app, butindefinitely adds new shortcuts... (one at every app-start)

maybe disable this feature, is not really important
