How about adding an option to select a BMI standard to use? The American BMI is 
okay for most Caucasians but the Japanese or Singapore BMI cut-off values are 
more suitable for the smaller Asian body type.

Good point. I'd like to implement this but don't have time in the next couple 
of months.
