Replace %-change in list with up/down arrows #3

The %-change statistic in the list overview is not very good. Most often it 
rounds to 0% because changes are small and gradual. 

It would be nice to replace these with little graphical up and down arrows. If 
graphics are too much of a hassle removing the % numbers would be a good first 
step.

Patch submitted for review.

I would like to change the arrows to be green if the direction is towards the 
target, or red if the direction is away from the target.

If you like this patch, just update this issue and I'll submit it directly to 
the repository.
