[Feature] Custom icons for shortcuts #1881

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Apps inside a work profile (via Insular) have a launcher provided from Insular as a widget or rather a shortcut. These shortcuts have the original app icons which looks very ugly if you have a very minimalistic icon pack installed (in my case Arcticons).

Describe the solution you'd like Implement custom icons for shortcuts like for normal apps.

Describe alternatives you've considered, or that are already available within KISS Hiding the shortcuts -> makes them unaccessible Hiding all icons -> no icons :(

Additional context Lawnchair has this feature so you maybe could copy code from there.

Would you be able to contribute code? Unfortunately not because I have no experience in android development.
