Launcher gets stuck in the wrong size after screen has been resized #1964

Describe the bug This doesn't always happen, maybe there is a race condition or something.

When the screen is resized (that mostly happens when split screen mode is enabled/disabled), the launcher sometimes gets "stuck" with the wrong layout. So for example, after the screen got smaller, the favourites and search bar might be off-screen. If the screen gets larger (so after split screen was disabled), sometimes the favourites and search bar are in the middle of the screen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have the launcher open
  2. Open/Close Split-Screen Mode
  3. Switch between apps and the launcher
  4. Repeat 2 & 3 for a few times, and you will surely see the problem

Expected behavior The layout should always fit the screen size.

Additional information

Additional context Using wm size sometimes fixes, sometimes causes the issue. It works pretty much the same as split screen, regarding this bug.

It's seen something similar where you go to the homescreen and KISS appears except there is a big empty space where the keyboard should be. It gets stuck like that for a good while until you open an app or restart KISS.

Any update? couldn't use split screen on HyperOS
