Since android 11 google implemented this feature which you can't disable(not without root or 3rd party live wallpaper apps). The most annoying issue is this "feature" has been causing motion sickness for some users.
It would be nice to have an option to disable it. Iirc some opensource lunchers have this feature implemented(like lawnchair).
