Custom Icons use System Default Background Shape #2294

If you change the background shape for icons instead of using system default, custom icons are not affected.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'user interface > background shape for icons'
  2. Set icon shape to be anything other then system default
  3. Set a custom icon
  4. Custom icon background shape is still system default.

Expected behavior The background shape for icons should affect custom icons as well.

In the below image I have set the icon background shape to be hexagon, and the custom icon does not change
