BUG favorite icons and KISS button. Solve it, thanks. #2301

Hi, even on the latest version of Kiss Launcher 3.21.1 when I turn on the smartphone for the first time the favorite icons do not appear and the KISS button spins endlessly. To fix this I need to force stop KISS LAUNCHER. Once the interruption is forced within KISS LAUNCHER the favorite icons return and the KISS button stops spinning. I use kiss Launcher on OUKITEL C16 PRO with Android 9 almost stock. I had already reported this BUG some time ago, but it has not yet been resolved. I hope you are able to FIX THE BUG I reported because I really like KISS LAUNCHER and it would be a shame not to be able to use it due to this very annoying BUG. Thank you, I await your news.

please see #2060 (comment) logcat was never provided, without it's hard to do anything if problem is not reproducible
