Disable Text outline (shadow) #2309

Tried to disable the text shadow on the list and got a dark transparent block around the text.

To reproduce:

  1. Go to user interface settings
  2. Choose any of the transparent themes
  3. Go into advanced theme customization
  4. Disable text outline (shadow)
  5. See error

I was expecting to see the flat text.
