Settings Will Not Save #54

I'm playing on F4SE 0.0.4.2 on fallout version 1.9.4 and whenever i change a parameter in MCM, it reverts back to 0 or 1 when i back out and into the menu. For example im using a bottlecap mod that displays how many you picked up, and instead of the settings for the colors being the mod's default, its all set to 0 no matter what i do. I'm also running F4SE in admin mode so i dont think it can't write stuff.

Please Help.

F4SE is now crashing at startup. RIP

This is an old thread, but on our Discord server every once in a while a user comes up with that question and the issue of settings not getting saved is always that F4SE was installed incompletely. You have to extract the whole archive into your F4 root folder. Read the documentation carefully.
