At the moment, on order completion there's no deductions. This can be done in following ways:

On Order Completion Cut a 2% or 2$ consider 1DLGT = 1$ Rate from order total value before sending transaction to fund the seller.
Or, On Order Creation Have user add 2% Extra Value on each order, so as keep funding the base contract .
