Synchronize versions of borsh.js #316

Currently we have three version of borsh.js:

near-api-js
borsh repo
this repo

We should pick the most developed version (near-api-js) and move it into borsh repo. This repo (and other repos) should be depending on the borsh repo / npm package

Cleaning up near-api-js or borsh repo is outside the scope of the bridge, and also this is a low priority since we have more important testing work items to do. Assigning P3.
