Automatic bridge metadata using trusted setup #60

Create a service that is monitoring all deployed NEP-141 from the factory, and bridges the metadata from the ERC20, to the NEP141.

This service needs have access to the FullAccessKey of the NEP-141 since it will work in trusted mode while #47 is not implemented.

[ ] Implement tool that reads metadata from Ethereum and submits it to Near (cc @djsatok it seems you already implemented this https://github.com/aurora-is-near/rainbow-token-connector/issues/46#issuecomment-802287129)
[ ] Create service that monitors newly deployed factories and update them using above tool.
