[FEATURE] Add custom login fields, and can decide the sequence of the fields. #302

How can custom the login fields, for example, I want a ["email", "codename", "password"] fields.

I would also want the additionalSignUpFields to be shown on the same page as the signup page, rather than a separate form that shows up after clicking confirm signup.

This would also be good for something like
