Disable animation #425

Hi! Is there a way to disable the animations? In particular I'd like to disable the rotation-zoom effect after login which gives a slightly unpleasant effect because of the header fonts getting gigantic for a short time.

Upvoted, it's quite strange that such option doesn't exist from the beginning.

Not necessarily disable the animation but at least hide the "terms of service" text because it is always acting weirdly when rotating.
