Added detail to main proposal regarding completion logic for containers - how do we handle success/fail/timeouts?
Added section for Container Assignment
Added communication section detailing Rabbit-to-Rabbit and Compute-to-Rabbit Communication
Use proper prefixes in examples (DW_JOB, DW_PERSISTENT)
