Noticed that the Limitations page had some grammatical issues, and wasn't very organized.

Fixed up grammar errors
- Changed magic_enum to "magic_enum", since it's a proper name, not a piece of code
Split up different sections of limitations into their own subheaders
Fixed a few examples
- Flag enum example didn't start at least significant bit
- MAGIC_ENUM_RANGE_MAX actually defaults to 127
