Unsupported browser warning message #206

Open the site in IE8

Actual result: site looks terrible. Layout is totaly broken. Expected result: warning message asking to install one of modern compatible browsers.

I opened nebel.tv in IE8 and I didn't see any message.

Ok. Appears in IE8. v. 1.0.3.451
