Navigation dots do not appear after End/Home keys sequence is pressed #223

With http://www.nebel.tv/ and IE 10 desktop:

-- Navigate to http://www.nebel.tv/, scroll down a little and check that navigational dots are shown; -- Press the End (or Ctrl-End) key (or scroll down) so that the page footer is shown and navigational dots disappear; -- Press the Home (or Ctrl-Home) key to navigate to the page top. Note that navigational dots are not displayed now and are not displayed while scrolling up or down. The only way to have them shown is to navigate to the page end and scroll up until page footer is hidden.

http://nebeltv.staging.wpengine.com/ has the same problem.
