[New NIP]: New UI for Neblio Core Wallet #12

Proposal Description

Was a fan of the Neblio Core desktop wallet when it launched back in 2017, it's functional, has all the features, support for token creation, NTP1s, voting, cold staking, it's a very impressive wallet feature wise.

However today in 2022, it is feeling outdated, and certain features and options aren't the easiest to find and setup such as voting, and cold staking. They could have a tab along with the other wallet features/functions, with more of an easier way to setup in the least amount of steps.

So what I am proposing, is a general UI/UX redesign to look more like a modern desktop wallet, with a more streamlined approach in terms of navigating through it and accessing/using the different features. A sleeker more attractive look would also be great.

Looking forward to some feedback or ideas/suggestions from the community and team. Thanks.

Thanks for the proposal @Jake2270

Neblio Core could certainly use a UI/UX refresh. We have made significant improvements since the original launch in 2017, however we are still using the same base UI we started with back then.

Neblio does not currently have a designer on staff, therefore we would need help with this or would need to hire a designer, so I'm adding the HELP WANTED label. @TheQuantumPhysicist is great with Qt (the C++ UI framework Neblio Core uses), however since none of us are designers, we would need design mockups before we could start writing the code to turn a new design into reality.

It would be perfect if there was a professional designer in the Neblio Community that was willing to lend some time to a redesign.

Opening up the discussion to get feedback and ideas from others.
