I really need help with Nebra device as per below. #169

I really need help with Nebra device as per below.

As per advance troubleshooter i have done all of the below.

External lights:

  1. Amber Light - this is working perfectly fine.
  2. Green Light - This light is not turning it on after typical one minutes. I have opened up nebra hotspot and checked everything, removed 2 usb and ram and daughterboard, cleaned all and put back on but no luck.
  3. Nebra CM3 Daughterboard Lights: The one near the USB port is under some EMF tape, this should be a solid green once power is applied. This is working fine as its described.
  4. The second near the jumpers is a blue LED, this one coming as red and solid. This is not turning as blue its red so can some one please explain me what does this mean?
  5. Daughterboard Jumpers: JP3 - Power Jumper: this is not connected so it is on normal operational mode. JP4 - Onboard Flash Jumper: jumper is in normal position 1+2.

Can someone please help me to sort this out.
