When adding my outdoor hotspot for the first time to Helium app I get a hotspot not found on onboarding server.
I created nebra support ticket: #280668 on 09/27/2021 with no response yet.
I have tried adding the hotspot using two different phones. The hotspot is 100% synced with the latest firmware update. The dashboard shows hotspot online and everything true.
I've tried everyday since the 27th and still get the same error.
