Hotspot not found on Onboarding server #211

Nebra closed my support ticket (#3887), said my Hotspot would be added manually in 3-4 days. I waited 7 days and it is still not found on onboarding server.

Can you keep my ticket open till its actually resolved?

Hi there,

We try and resolve all the issues we can. Can you create another support ticket and inform me of the number. I can't seem to find the ticket #3887. Is this the ticket number or the order number? I'll inform you the status of your unit. Thanks.
