Emmc card burnt #212

I have a Nebra indoor miner that has stopped syncing, it is about three months old, it has been in and out of sync this past week and it went dead this evening, on the dashboard the gb on storage read 1.5Gb used but is usually 19gb, I opened the device up and found the emmc card to be burnt at the top. I am very disappointed with Nebra as this seems to be an ongoing issue. Please can this be resolved. The hotspot name is precise grey woodpecker, MAC address is f04cd5ac513c,

Rpi serial number is 0000000007a6b2f0

Please can you get this issue resolve ASAP. This is the second device in the past two weeks that has had an issue.

Please ignore the post above, I have re connected it as someone on the discord told me that is a hand soldered piece, the reason I panicked is that the one I returned for repair didn't have that small soldered part on it. If you look at the photo below it is missing hence not working, my hotspot was just updating yesterday. Sorry for the panic team!!! image
