Hi, I sent you my hotspot( generous cerulean toad) over a month ago as it would not update the firmware and would not connect to the block chain, the ticket number is (#281663), I was told it would take 5 days for the engineer to sort out, this was over a month ago now! Please can you update me on this issue. I find it disgusting that I was told 5 days and now I have had no response from anyone with the whereabouts of my hotspot! It’s been a month now and it’s still not repaired. If I don’t hear back from you I will drive down to your warehouse personally to retrieve either my hotspot or Nebra can furnish me with new hotspot! I have lost a whole months earnings due to this issue!!!
