The hotspot (Great Vinyl Starling) hasn't witnessed any Beacons for about 10 days now and the last two days the hotspot hasn't send any Beacons.

I have noticed on heliumstatus.io that my Observed Listen Address different to API Reported Listen Address

The documentation doesn't describe how I can resync the blockchain or how to do a factory reset, both of which I understand may fix the issue.
