Nebra indoor miner is not making progress on sync status #277

Hallo Nebra team, one of my indoor Nebra hotspots (I can provide details like name etc. if needed) is not making any progress on sync status. I was connected via WiFi and now via LAN as well - it is online in Helium App (synching), online in Nebra dashboard (also connected to update server). But sync status went from 99.9x% to now 97.90% in > 10 days. Making no progress here. Hotspot firmware is 2021.11.30.1. Can u please reply with some guidance and support?
