I just received my Nebra Indoor Hotspot Miner, and upon trying to pair it via Bluetooth to my phone I get the error message "No onboarding key found." How do I remedy this? Do I need to speak directly to Nebra? I've been led to believe I'm supposed to contact the vendor I purchased the hotspot from, so this is where I'll start.
