See two versions below (either is fine for production - depending on chip availability for the U202 part:

This uses the TPS62242DRV in U202.
You will see there are 4 types of BOM:
868 SPI non GPS (for use with ROCK Pi HAT)
868 SPI with GPS (for general sale, small qty batches circa 1k a time)
915 SPI non GPS (for use with ROCK Pi HAT)
915 SPI with GPS (for general sale, small qty batches circa 1k a time)
Further to this, we can also remove R203, R206, C222, C223, U204, R205 from all of these BOMs. They relate to a temperature sensor that we don't need/want to use.

This uses the TPS62260DRV in U202 along with some additional components.
You will see there are 6 types of BOM:
868 SPI non GPS (for use with ROCK Pi HAT)
868 SPI with GPS (for general sale, small qty batches circa 1k a time)
915 SPI non GPS (for use with ROCK Pi HAT)
915 SPI with GPS (for general sale, small qty batches circa 1k a time)
868 USB with GPS (for use with 5G gateway)
915 USB with GPS (for use with 5G gateway)
For U203 associated are C212, C213 and FB205, and are removed in V1.2 from BOM.
