"The device does not exist or code is incorrect" #45

When adding a new device on the Nebra Dashboard, I receive the following message: "The device does not exist or code is incorrect"

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://dashboard.nebra.com
  2. Click on 'Add New Device;
  3. Click on 'Start scan'
  4. Scan the QR code on the sticker
  5. Manually enter the serial number
  6. Manually enter the ETH
  7. Click 'Add'
  8. See the error message

The new device should be added with the serial and eth id

The field labelled "Serial Number:" on the manual input in the Dashboard must be supplied with the "RPI" value on the sticker. If the "NSER" is supplied the process fails.

I have the same problem ! It does not scan the QR code and does not accept manual input. how can I add the device to the dashboard?
