Nebra just purchased, two different NSER, box and unit. Cannot register dashboard #50

Hi there Just trying to figure out this Nebra unit I am trying to set up. it seems that I cannot get registered with the dashboard on my PC. The NSER on the box (hence the QC code) and the one on the unit itself are different. I am having no success. please advise.
