Can not assert via bluetooth on iOS or Android with G290 Bobcat #4

Hi there, I've been attempting to get a G290 bobcat setup, have been able to successfully flash with https://github.com/NebraLtd/helium-bobcat-rk3566/releases/tag/v1.1.1-helium-bobcat-rk3566-2023-08-16-OpenFleet (v1.1) and log into the web interface, showing bluetooth on, and can see it via the nebra and helium applications on iOS (tried iphone and ipad) but it fails to complete - get an error saying "Device [ID] was disconnected" each time and never finishes, happens each time. Also reset and reflashed a few times. On various Android devices they simply do not discover the device which is strange (stuck on scanning for hotspots page), did hear that it should work asserting via these. Attempting via Helium app on iOS says the device needs updating but never works (completely different version). Showing "Awaiting Location Assertion" under the Helium status tab as to be expected and will not attach to your dashboard.

Bobcat RK3566 Hotspot (2GB RAM) Nebra Firmware: v1.1.1 (ced1242) [latest at time of posting] Loader: rk356x_spl_loader_ddr1056_v1.06.110.bin helium-bobcat-rk3566-2023-08-16.img (as link above)

Android devices attempted with: Samsung Galaxy S6, Sony G83141 (Sony Xperia XZ Premium) and newer Google Pixel 6. iOS: iPhone XS Max, Ipad Mini 5.

Is there anyhting else I can try as can not use the device until this is done apparently? The device does show a Helium hotspot name and address which was same when I flashed again on the nebra web interface.

Cheers! Just an update, I've also applied the previous firmwares, v1.1.x appeared to boot on the device but same issue asserting via bluetooth.

Helium app will not work. And on android you need to have precise location permissions enabled.

P.S. BT/WiFi issues are already known and publicly disclosed. The only solution is to try different devices as it is a temperamental issue.

We are aware of BT issues with these bobcats (not only G290 btw) But as mentioned try above as to what Shawaj suggested.
