Onboarding server error

Hello Waited for my new nebra and now I have this error. My understanding is that Nebra needs to manually add me. In Discord folks wait weeks and weeks for this to be resolved. Many only get silence. I am hoping to have better luck here on Github. Please help. I will write a good review on TrustPilot when support service comes through here.

How many weeks do you estimate until support is able to deal with the issue?

Normally takes about a week to solve this kind of issue.

If possible please please the Hotspot plugged into internet and turned on so we can apply the fix
