Keypair and onboarding key slot URI's can be overridden by environment variable definitions

Issue

Some of the Syncrobit devices have non-standard key locations which cannot be detected by the software (actually it is possible but needs a lot of work for such small number of devices)

@MuratUrsavas why is this necessary? We already have an override in hm-pyhelper....

SWARM_KEY_URI_OVERRIDE and ONBOARDING_KEY_URI_OVERRIDE
