Reduce miner purge percentage? #68

Further to #62 I was thinking we could reduce the purge of blockchain at 80% to maybe 50% disk...

This would then mean a lot of hotspots would purge with every helium update, should the garbage collection in #62 fail for whatever reason

This can be closed as we are now auto-purging and using garbage collection features
